Learn more at www.3coracoes.com **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate and monitor the entire coffee handling flow at the processing unit; * Operate pre-cleaning and stone removal (stone separators) equipment, performing necessary adjustments; * Control and regulate densimetric machines (gravity tables) for proper grain separation by density; * Operate and monitor performance of electronic sorters (color sorters) for classification and defect removal; * Ensure achievement of defined production targets and quality standards; * Perform basic equipment maintenance and cleaning checks. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Completed High School. **Required** * Proficiency in operating, adjusting, and monitoring machinery for grain processing and sorting; * Relevant training certificates for the role, including Machinery Operation and NR-12. **Desirable** * Prior experience in this role, specifically within the coffee sector. **Additional Information** **Benefits** * Shared Health Plan; * Dental Plan; * Transportation Allowance; * On-site Meal; * Meal Ticket; * Monthly Product Kit; * Telemedicine and Online Therapy fully covered by the company (extended to dependents); * Life Insurance; * Wellhub.
