Follow hygiene regulations and good manufacturing practices A food manufacturing plant is seeking a Production Assistant in Pouso Alegre (Limeira). **Responsibilities:** Assist in preparing raw materials and inputs for production. Operate simple machinery or support operators of more complex equipment. Sort, weigh, and organize ingredients and products during the production process. Package products and prepare them for storage or shipment. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Follow hygiene, food safety, and good manufacturing practice regulations. Identify irregularities or issues in production and report them to the supervisor. Assist with inventory and stock control when required. Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Assembler, Production Assistant, or Production Helper may indicate suitability for some of the tasks associated with this position. High school diploma required.
