Following hygiene standards and good food handling practices The restaurant seeks a Salad Preparer in Três Corações (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Properly wash vegetables, fruits, and legumes. Cut, portion, and prepare ingredients for salads. Assemble salads according to the restaurant's standards. Prepare dressings and cold side dishes. Organize the workstation and keep the area clean. Monitor food expiration dates and proper storage. Assist with buffet restocking (when applicable). Follow hygiene standards and good food handling practices. Previous experience as a Salad Preparer, Salad Assembler, Salad Chef, or Salad Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. High school diploma required.
