**Job Description:** Machine Operator Electro Plastic, a leading company in the plastic transformation industry, is seeking a professional with practical experience and a focus on quality to join its production team. The company specializes in the injection molding of technical plastic parts, excellently serving the automotive, electronics, and industrial sectors. With a modern manufacturing facility and a focus on precision, it also provides solutions in flexible packaging using materials such as PE, PP, and bag materials. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate cutting and welding machines for flexible packaging, including bottom and side sealing; * Work with polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and bag materials, respecting the characteristics of each material; * Perform adjustments and settings according to machine model and production demands; * Ensure process quality through constant checks during operation; * Collaborate closely with the packaging team, which continues the production line; * Identify basic malfunctions and contact maintenance when necessary; * Support organization, safety, and cleanliness of the workplace (5S). **Requirements:** * Proven experience with cutting and welding machines for flexible packaging; * Practical knowledge of different machine models in the sector; * Commitment, attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills. **Working Hours:** * 5x2 shift schedule – Two shifts: 06:00–15:48 and 15:10–01:10, alternating every six months. **Location:** * Varginha - MG **Benefits:** * Health and dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Commuter transportation; * Meals provided at the company; * Food allowance R$325.00; * Corporate university; * Gym partnership and pharmacy discount program.
