Culture of inclusion of diversity and plural teams **We are BHS!** With 31 years of experience in the market, we deliver modern IT solutions. **We are recognized as the BEST** company to work for in **MG and IT in BRAZIL by GPTW \- Great Place to Work**, and ranked as the 4th best company to work for in the **LATAM** category. **What do we expect from you?** * Ability to interact effectively with people from different departments and various hierarchical levels; * Self-management; * Collaboration; * Proactivity and ability to work outside your comfort zone; * Someone eager to join incredible projects and highly motivated to learn, teach, and grow alongside BHS. **Responsibilities and Duties****Your activities will include:** * Developing new features and maintaining existing systems, working both on backend and frontend, with a focus on robust and scalable deliveries; * Technologies: C\#/.NET, React, Azure environment. **Requirements and Qualifications****We are looking for someone with experience in:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Technology-related fields; * Proven experience in end-to-end application development (Backend \+ Frontend); * Strong proficiency in C\# and .NET 6\+ ecosystem; * Practical knowledge of architectural patterns (Clean Architecture) and SOLID principles; * Experience with Entity Framework (LINQ, mapping, and migrations); * Proficiency in TypeScript and React for component creation and API consumption; * Practical knowledge of Styled Components for modular styling; * Familiarity with package managers (Yarn) and organized folder structures; * Experience with SQL Server: writing queries, joins, and data manipulation; * Basic understanding of data modeling and referential integrity; * Knowledge of Azure (especially App Services and Azure SQL); * Ability to configure and manage environment variables and understand basic logs (Application Insights); * Experience with Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, and Review); * **Availability to work in hybrid mode in Belo Horizonte (once per month).** **Nice-to-Haves:** * Experience with logging tools such as Serilog; * Familiarity with Monorepo architecture (Lerna); * Interest in database performance and frontend optimization. **Additional Information** **What can you expect from us?** At BHS, your well-being is our top priority.
