Job Summary: Work in the Controller area with a focus on managerial, financial, and strategic analyses; budget management, forecasting, and KPI monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in process improvement projects RESPONSIBILITIES: Work in the Controller area with a focus on managerial, financial, and strategic analyses; budget management, forecasting, reviews, and variance analysis; development and monitoring of KPIs, dashboards, and managerial reports; support to leadership in analyzing results, profitability, margins, cost centers, and economic feasibility; acting as a business partner to departments; participation in process improvement projects and establishment of managerial controls; interface with corporate departments, ensuring data quality and consistency. REQUIREMENTS: Completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences; solid experience in Controller roles; experience in large-scale companies; advanced Excel skills; knowledge of the presumed profit taxation regime; strong analytical capability. Power BI and ERP knowledge are advantages. SALARY: R$10\.000,00\.
