We operate with ethics, respect, and integrity, ensuring a fair environment where the rules are clear and growth is based on merit and commitment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manually remove parts from the machine and load them into designated carts or kanbans, as defined by the process or training, placing them in specified locations; * Assist in unloading machines by removing sheets according to production order specifications, placing them in correct locations; * Request sheets from the warehouse using the appropriate form to keep the Machine Operator’s activities running smoothly; * Deburr parts using sandpaper and machine tools (e.g., riveting press, sander, orbital sander, polisher) as specified on the kanban label, aiming to eliminate final-product nonconformities; * Assist in possible finishing rework of parts, as agreed upon between assembly and welding departments, to ensure product quality; * Complete checklists, verifying whether all items specified in the production order or kanban card have been produced, to guarantee equipment assembly and adherence to processes; * Complete the appropriate maintenance form and notify the immediate supervisor whenever necessary to maintain proper equipment operation; * Perform other related tasks as directed and guided by the immediate supervisor; * Know, comply with, and uphold the company’s values and code of ethics; * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness to foster an environment conducive to activities; * Follow established standards for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing high school education (cannot be on academic hold); * Availability to work flexible hours. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS:** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Pharmacy Partnership Life Insurance On-site Cafeteria Shuttle Service Alelo Meal Voucher Education Assistance for Children Study Incentive Scholarship Family Visit Day Occupational Physician Prática University Zero Absenteeism Program Wellhub (Gympass) ### **JOIN PRÁTICA AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE EVOLUTION OF THE FOOD INDUSTRY!** At Prática, we create solutions that transform the daily operations of the food industry.
