Opportunity to develop operational skills Job Description – Construction Laborer **Position:** Construction Laborer **Job Description:** A company specializing in **highway traffic signage** is hiring a **Construction Laborer** to assist teams with the installation, maintenance, and preservation of horizontal and vertical traffic signage on highways. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in the installation and maintenance of traffic signage on highways. * Assemble and disassemble temporary traffic signage for service execution. * Assist in installing traffic signs, metal barriers, road studs, raised pavement markers, delineators, and other road safety devices. * Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment. * Prepare the worksite according to team and supervisor instructions. * Assist in operating equipment and machinery when requested. * Maintain cleanliness, organization, and preservation of used tools and equipment. * Strictly comply with occupational safety regulations and correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Work collaboratively to ensure services are delivered with quality, safety, and within established deadlines. **Requirements:** * Completed or incomplete elementary education. * Prior experience in construction, civil works, or traffic signage is desirable. * Willingness to travel and work in various locations as required. * Good physical condition for operational tasks. * Commitment, responsibility, punctuality, and teamwork. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with highway signage companies. * Knowledge of assembling temporary signage and installing road safety devices. **Desired Competencies:** * Proactivity. * Organization. * Responsibility. * Agility. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Commitment to safety and service quality.
