Inventory and slotting process improvement Description: What you need for this position: * Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Solid experience in inventory within distribution centers or logistics operations. * Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Excel and WMS. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and strong capability in investigating discrepancies. * Experience in team leadership and performance indicator management. * Strong communication skills, prioritization ability, and decision-making capability. As a CD Operations Supervisor, you will work on-site with the following responsibilities: * Plan, coordinate, and supervise cyclic, rotational, and general inventories. * Ensure stock record integrity and conduct analyses of complex discrepancies. * Manage the inventory team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring process standardization. * Develop and monitor KPIs (accuracy, losses, deviations, recurrence). * Implement improvements in inventory and slotting processes to reduce rework and counting errors. * Collaborate directly with operations, quality, and IT teams to ensure WMS and process efficiency. * Ensure compliance with procedures, internal policies, and good warehousing practices. * Prepare reports, support internal/external audits, and lead corrective actions. * Support management in developing stock planning and continuous improvement initiatives. 251225020249572084
