Join\-us and feel the difference. **Job Description** Analyze billing demands and demand forecasts; * Verify and validate shipments prior to billing via General Warehouse; * Perform daily issuance of invoices and handle pending items; * Follow\-up on shipments/invoices issued and serve as communication interface; * Perform material sorting and dispatch; * Monitor material and information flow across processes; * Conduct daily alignment on pending items and critical topics; * Activities will be **ADMINISTRATIVE** and **OPERATIONAL** **Qualifications** Logistics or related field education, or currently pursuing such studies; * Prior experience in logistics-related roles is desirable, especially involving billing processes and logistics operations; * Proficiency in using material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks; * Ability to perform operational tasks, including receiving, dispatching, order picking, and packaging; * Efficient execution of administrative logistics operations to ensure timely delivery; * Excel and SAP knowledge preferred **Additional Information** **Application Deadline: 05/15/2026** **Residing in Itatiba or nearby areas is an advantage.** We seek individuals committed to autonomy, reliability, flexibility, learning, and teamwork—key attributes for future career success.
