Development of high-performance teams The Logistics Manager will be responsible for the **overall strategy and management of the company's warehousing units**. The primary focus is to ensure maximum operational efficiency and financial profitability of the department, leading the standardization of receiving, storage, and dispatch processes under strict safety and quality standards. This leader will serve as the liaison between operations and corporate functions (HR, Finance, Commercial), ensuring alignment with global objectives and excellence in service level agreement (SLA) delivery to our customers. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** * **Financial Management:** Manage the budget (Opex and Capex) for all warehouses, ensuring financial health and adherence to the Business Plan. * **Standardization and Processes:** Implement and systematize operational processes (WMS, inventories, loading/unloading flows) across all units to ensure operational consistency. * **Performance Management:** Monitor and analyze strategic performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity and accuracy, defining action plans for global deviations. * **Team Leadership:** Lead and develop teams, fostering a high-performance culture and internal succession planning. * **Compliance and Safety:** Ensure full compliance with regulatory norms (NRs) and SASSMAQ standards, aiming to mitigate risks. * **Strategy and Expansion:** Identify opportunities for logistics network expansion or automation to enhance organizational competitiveness. * **Negotiation:** Lead negotiations of contracts with strategic infrastructure, technology, and facilities service partners. **Minimum Qualifications:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics, Administration, or Engineering. Postgraduate studies or an MBA in Supply Chain or Business Management are desirable. * **Experience:** Proven track record in multi-site management and leadership of large teams. * **Technical Skills:** Advanced proficiency in WMS and ERP systems.
