Act as coordinator for warehouse operations in the Extrema/MG region. **Responsibilities and Assignments** Directly responsible for operational performance and results of the continuous improvement plan based on KPIs; Management of customer relationships; Review service requirements and contractual obligations, and recommend necessary changes; Adapt and develop operational procedures for new services and project scope changes; Financial performance of the operation, ensuring all financial procedures are complied with; Operational administrative plan and all operational expenses, ensuring deadlines are met; Ensure all processes and documents are available for inspections, audits, and financial analyses; Monitor all areas under management; Compliance with SSMA (Safety, Security, Health, Environment) and Quality standards and procedures; Responsible for securing human and financial resources, as well as ensuring implementation of SSMA policies for administration program performance; Compliance with Compliance Policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields (preferred); Proficiency in computer applications (Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint), integrated management systems; English language proficiency is desirable; Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and administrative routines. **Additional Information** Salary: Competitive with the region; Meal allowance; Food basket; Shuttle service; Health insurance; Dental insurance; Profit-sharing per the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCT); Totalpass; Must reside in Extrema/MG or surrounding areas.
