With a focus on sanitary ware and faucets, it represents brands such as **Pingoo.casa** and **Loft7** **About the Position:** **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the entire inbound flow: scheduling, dock operations, receiving, physical and fiscal verification, put-away, and stock release. * Ensure inventory accuracy and system integrity (WMS/ERP). * Monitor and optimize KPIs such as receiving SLA, productivity per employee, discrepancies, damages, lead time, and cost per unit received. * Adjust operational capacity according to seasonality (e.g., campaign peaks and Black Friday). * Lead, develop, and evaluate operational teams. * Interface with carriers, tax department, planning, and commercial areas. * Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S). * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, internal policies, and compliance requirements. * Develop action plans to reduce errors and increase efficiency. **Requirements:** * Solid experience in inbound operations within medium-to-large distribution centers. * Experience in e-commerce or omnichannel operations. * Experience with WMS and ERP integration (Totvs). * Analytical capability and data-driven decision-making orientation. * Proven experience managing people and operational teams. * Knowledge of inventory control and fiscal receiving processes. * Completed undergraduate degree (Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience managing operations with over 2,000 SKUs. * Experience in marketplace fulfillment operations (Mercado Livre, Amazon, etc.). * Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement certifications. * Experience with logistics process automation and operations (AI, Power Automation, sorters, conveyors, RFID, handheld scanners). * Participation in distribution center expansion or implementation projects. * Basic or intermediate English proficiency. **Omnibenefits:** * **Meal Voucher (VR):** Flexible spending on quality meals every day, with freedom to choose where to eat — whether at your favorite restaurant or at the grocery store to prepare something special. * **Health Insurance Plan:** Take care of your health with a modern, digital, and high-quality plan, extended to your loved ones. * **Dental Insurance Plan:** Protect your smile (and your family’s) with an extensive network of providers. * **Mobility Allowance:** A benefit designed to support your daily commute. ️‍* ️ **Totalpass:** Maintain your physical health with access to gyms, studios, and online classes. * + ️ **Sesc Partnership:** Enjoy cultural, sports, and leisure activities suited to all tastes. * **Birthday Day Off:** In your birth month, you receive one paid day off to celebrate your way.
