We are seeking professionals to conduct store inspections in partnership with us (occasional demand). Key responsibilities for this role include: * Efficiently, accurately, and reliably conducting store inspections/audits, assessing store characteristics and conditions of conservation/operation; * Identifying and observing materials, finishes, furniture, and other property items; * Recording collected information as detailed text accompanied by photographs for the inspection report using a tablet application; Prerequisites: * Completed high school education (technical training in Construction is desirable); * Basic computer skills; * CNPJ or MEI registration for issuing invoices as a legal entity (PJ); * Smartphone or tablet running Android; * Residence near Extrema, Bragança Paulista, or surrounding areas.
