Then apply now for the next opening! ***Your responsibilities:*** * Guide other departments with focus on prevention and resolution of quality-related issues * Provide customer support on quality-related matters * Ensure the development, updating, and execution of quality planning according to standards, always aiming for continuous improvement and achievement of business objectives * Collaborate with other quality teams on corrective and preventive actions * Develop and carry out advanced product quality planning and environmental requirements, providing technical support to other departments and monitoring continuous improvement activities * Plan, implement, and conduct internal audits in responsible areas and production lines, focusing on Quality and Environment * Perform benchmarking at other Brose plants and in the local market to gather information on best practices * Identify, investigate, and report major quality issues in Top-Q "SharePoint", effectively participate in their resolution, and recommend preventive actions to avoid recurrence * Use the PMP – "Problem Management Process" to resolve production line, customer (0 km), and/or field (Warranty) issues * Manage the process of initial product samples for customers * Monitor activities related to product modifications * Develop quality control plans for components and processes * Define needs and provide measurement equipment and devices * Carry out preventive tasks under the zero-defect concept * Monitor customer indicators and enter required data into the portal as needed * ARGUS: May assume responsibilities and perform activities according to the procedure Responsibility Matrix for Occupational Safety, Energy, Environment and Health Protection * Knowledge of Hyundai CSRs ***Your profile:*** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or Quality * Experience in Quality Planning and Lean Manufacturing * Postgraduate qualification desirable * Previous experience in the automotive sector is desirable Job type: Apprentice Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Company mobile phone * Free parking * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Meal voucher Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
