Carries out preventive maintenance and conservation of façades and glass surfaces. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Performing electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, carpentry, and masonry maintenance services, including repairs, replacement, and installation of parts and equipment. This professional is also responsible for preventive activities, painting, pool treatment, and conservation of façades and glass surfaces, always complying with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards. **REQUIREMENTS:** Proven experience in the role.
