Responsible for assisting with customer installation and maintenance activities, contributing to operational organization, safety, and efficiency. * Assist with fiber optic and radio installations and maintenance; * Accompany the responsible technician during daily service tasks; * Assist with organizing and maintaining tools, materials, and the service vehicle; * Drive the service vehicle when necessary; * Assist with cable laying, splicing, signal testing, and basic equipment configurations (modem, router, and ONU). * **Support the completion of service reports and records**, assisting the technician in communication with supervision; * **Comply with safety regulations** and uphold the company's image during customer service; * **Demonstrate interest and commitment to technical learning**, aiming for professional growth within the field.
