Provides customer assistance with standardized service quality Bourbon Hospitalidade, one of the leading companies in the hospitality market, is seeking a Plumber to join the team at Bourbon Resort Atibaia, located in Atibaia\-SP. This professional will be responsible for installing and repairing piping systems made of metallic or non-metallic materials, as well as other plumbing-related tasks, adhering to established quality standards, complying with internal and external regulations and procedures, and following general company policies. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Install and repair metallic or non-metallic piping systems by joining and sealing pipes and using appropriate tools and materials to meet service requests. * Seal holes and grooves in walls and floors, repaint affected areas, and use appropriate tools to restore original building conditions. * Repair hydraulic pumps by identifying defects, replacing or refurbishing parts or components to ensure proper operation. * Perform metalworking services, including cutting sheets, shaping, and welding\-them to fabricate requested parts. * Request necessary materials for task execution, verifying availability of existing stock in Maintenance or informing supervisors so materials can be procured. * Provide customer assistance during their stay, delivering services within the scope of professional competence to guarantee appropriate service quality. * Verbally inform immediate supervisor about problems and uncertainties that cannot be resolved at their level, enabling appropriate resolution. * Suggest improvements and enhancements whenever possible to contribute to more efficient task performance. * Collaborate with colleagues during daily activities to promote teamwork and ensure smooth operations across the department and the company as a whole. * Inform supervisors about potential absences or everyday situations that may hinder departmental performance, enabling timely reorganization of related activities. * Comply with internal company policies, especially regarding work entry and exit times. * Respect colleagues and supervisors, fostering a comfortable and pleasant working environment for everyone. * Perform other duties related to the position. REQUIREMENTS: * Specific knowledge in plumbing and welding. * Experience with hotel infrastructure.
