




**Description:** Education \- Completed Bachelor’s degree (Administration, Logistics, Engineering or related fields); Desired Specific Knowledge (skills, IT, languages, etc.) Excel and Microsoft Office suite; SAP and WMS knowledge; HACCP; Prerequisite Programs (PRPs); allergens; skills in receiving, shipping, picking, inventory management, and warehousing; experience conducting audits; systemic understanding of the logistics process. Food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Fraud, and Food Defense. Communication, commitment, interpersonal skills, proactivity, leadership and people management, conflict management, customer focus, and flexibility. Manage teams and jointly define with logistics management the department’s goals and objectives, ensuring their achievement. Ensure employees’ physical safety and compliance with GMP and HACCP standards. Safeguard team members’ physical well-being in the workplace and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Monitor material receiving and shipping processes, including invoice verification. Ensure warehouse organization, preserving item quality and guaranteeing appropriate control over expiration dates. Supervise and guide goods handling activities—including packaging, storage, and transportation—to ensure integrity of materials handled. Train and guide employees on operational tasks—receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packaging, and shipping—in accordance with written procedures. Ensure maintenance of equipment and technical resources, as well as proper usage control. Ensure appropriate inventory control and inventory accuracy.
