Apply now and make chocolate your professional passion! **Responsibilities and Duties** Supervise and lead the production team, ensuring production targets are met and quality standards maintained. Develop and execute production plans, ensuring deadlines are met and available resources are used efficiently. Ensure all manufactured products meet the company's established quality standards by implementing quality control procedures and conducting regular inspections. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and minimizing downtime. Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory levels, ensuring sufficient materials for production without excesses that could generate additional costs. Ensure the team complies with all occupational health and safety regulations, promoting a safe and healthy work environment. Identify opportunities for improvement in production processes and implement measures to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resources. Prepare periodic production performance reports, analyzing key performance indicators and proposing corrective actions when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** Previous experience in supervisory or managerial roles within the food industry, preferably in chocolate or similar food companies. Solid knowledge of production processes, quality control, and food safety. Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and develop teams. Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Technical or higher education degree in Production Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, or related fields.
