




Job Summary: Performs cleaning and maintenance services for surfaces, enclosed areas, and courtyards, with a focus on organization, hygiene, and safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cleaning and maintenance of various surfaces 2. Waste segregation and dilution of products 3. Use of standard operating procedures and safety regulations Perform cleaning and maintenance services for surfaces (floors, walls, ceilings, windows, furniture, utensils, and machines — externally and de-energized), enclosed areas, and courtyards. Collect and segregate waste, dilute cleaning products, and carry out all tasks using provided utensils and standard operating procedures. 1. Sort cleaning equipment, products, and materials; 2. Assess the type of surface to be cleaned, degree of soiling, and type of dirt; 3. Clean furniture and utensils, curtains, and blinds; 4. Maintain machines under your responsibility in good working condition for service execution; 5. Remove dirt, wash, sweep, wax, mop, dry surfaces, and vacuum dust from floors, walls, and ceilings in both indoor and outdoor areas; 6. Restock disposables such as toilet paper, paper towels, cups, soaps, and sanitizing solutions; 7. Clean glass and mirrors; 8. Collect, package, and segregate waste according to its generating group; 9. Collect soiled linens and perform bed making; 10. Dilute cleaning products; 11. Use diluted cleaning products via dispensers; 12. Perform simple movement of small furniture; 13. Monitor cleaning material consumption and request replenishment from the warehouse whenever necessary; 14. Check equipment conditions per the client’s and/or Sodexo’s checklist before any activity and report any non-conformities to your immediate supervisor; 15. Properly use manual tools and equipment, as well as mechanized, electric, or combustion-powered equipment, in accordance with applicable Standard Operating Procedures and safety regulations; 16. Carry out tasks according to established work plans and technical instructions; 17. Organize the environment, materials, and utensils after completing tasks and at the end of the work shift; 18. Report any irregularities found in the facilities of the work area to your immediate supervisor; 19. Perform related tasks; 20. Participate in DDS (Safety Dialogue) together with the operational team and safety technician; 21. Be responsible for Health and Safety, and apply norms, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System. Requirements: Relevant work experience.
