You will be part of a company that prioritizes quality, integrity, collaboration, and customer service—with the resources, training, and incentives to ensure your success at every step. **Job Objective:** Responsible for performing various operations in the production area, as classified under Job Level C, including machine or equipment operation, various assembly tasks—whose characteristics require only manual dexterity, attention to sequence, and ability to interpret instructions—from the operator. May also perform all auxiliary production services or related tasks as needed, under the direction of the immediate supervisor. **Detailed Description:** * Control product quality visually or dimensionally, consulting tables and recording data on specific forms. * Perform various operations and assemblies on equipment (Class C), according to work orders or Kanban. * Identify the need for tool replacement and/or replenishment. * Handle products and parts according to work instructions. * Complete the safety and autonomous maintenance checklist. * Carry out activities related to continuous improvement (Carrier Excellence). * Dispose of waste and disposable items according to selective collection procedures. * Periodically trace products. * Perform machine set-up (Class C). * Maintain order, cleanliness, and preservation of equipment and workplace (6S Program). **Education:** Completed elementary school. **Experience:** Minimum 2 months as Multifunctional Operator IV within the company. Familiarity with the product, component, or raw material and its application. Familiarity with tools, equipment, and machines used daily.
