Develop and implement occupational health and **safety** (**OH&S**) policies; conduct audits, monitoring, and evaluations in the field; advise on technical safety standards and ensure their compliance; identify variables related to disease control, accident prevention, quality of life, and environmental protection. **Responsibilities and Duties** Develop policies, standards, and procedures regarding occupational safety and protection; Regulatory Standards: NR-01, NR-06, NR-09, NR-10, and NR-12. Monitor activities on-site; Plan and coordinate hygiene and safety activities; Monitor and analyze workplace accident risks for each operation, through on-site observation; Monitor fire-fighting equipment safety inspections; Prepare and deliver accident prevention training for newly hired employees, interns, and personnel from third-party service providers; Actively participate in CIPA/SIPATMA activities, providing necessary advisory support to ensure compliance with regulatory standards; Implement and monitor high-risk work permits; Develop, implement, and monitor the Risk Management Plan (PGR). Ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) through rational distribution effective monitoring; Develop and guide contracted companies on the use and compliance with safety standards; Lead emergency brigade meetings, training sessions, and certification of new brigade members; Monitor fire suppression system tests and inspections of fire protection equipment conducted by entities affiliated with the company’s insurance system. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed technical course in occupational safety; Solid experience in the role; Proficiency in e-Social platforms.
