




**Main Responsibilities:** * **Food Preparation:** Prepare dishes according to the Chef's or kitchen leadership's instructions, following technical recipes and presentation standards. * **Plating Assistance:** Assist in plating dishes with attention to aesthetics, temperature, and proper portioning. * **Kitchen Organization:** Keep the work environment clean, organized, and compliant with food hygiene and safety regulations (Good Handling Practices). * **Cutting and Pre\-preparation:** Perform mise en place (pre\-preparation), such as cutting meats and vegetables, assembling ingredients, and preparing sauces. * **Buffet Support:** Assist in preparing and replenishing food for breakfast, lunch, or dinner buffets according to the hotel's needs. * **Expiration Control and Storage:** Check product expiration dates, verify product conditions, and store food correctly according to sanitary regulations. * **Teamwork:** Cooperate with other kitchen staff, helping maintain an efficient and respectful workflow. * **Rule Compliance:** Follow internal procedures and adhere to portion control, personal hygiene, and health inspection regulations. **Requirements:** * Elementary school completion (high school or gastronomy courses preferred); * Previous experience in the role, especially in hotel, restaurant, or buffet kitchens; * Knowledge of basic hot and cold kitchen techniques; * Skills in cutting, cooking, and handling professional kitchen tools; * Organized, agile, and detail\-oriented; * Availability to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays.
