Description: Handle materials, operate machines, and ensure the quality, organization, and safety of the work environment. Responsibilities and duties: * Move, segregate, and maintain product identification during the production process using forklifts or other available handling equipment. * Execute the following stages of the production process: . * Prepare material for machine input. * Flip the grids (when applicable). * Remove material from the machine and prepare for output. * Organize product storage, observing identification, ease of location, and handling. * Check the condition of product packaging and containment throughout all process stages. * Maintain internal routines of good practices to ensure customer product preservation. * Open non-conformance reports when necessary. * Perform loading, flipping, and unloading activities of products from the machine when required, as directed by the Shift Supervisor or Irradiator Operator. * Maintain and care for equipment, performing basic checks (tires, oil, electrical parts, brakes, etc.) and requesting maintenance service if needed, ensuring cleanliness. * Clean and keep the work environment, transportation, and internal handling equipment clean. * Assist with other tasks assigned by the Shift Supervisor or Process Supervisor. * Propose continuous improvement actions in the work environment. * Follow all applicable safety regulations.
