Position: Hotel Receptionist Location: Pousada Saúde Melhor – Extrema/MG We are looking for a communicative, organized, and welcoming person to join our team! Job description: Greet guests and present the inn in a courteous and welcoming manner; Accompany guests to their suite and perform check-in and check-out with attention and friendliness; Enter data into the system and receive payments; Resolve various situations independently and courteously; Contact housekeeping staff for maintenance or cleaning requests; Perform daily system checks to schedule breakfasts and monitor the number of check-ins and check-outs for the next shift; Ensure excellent service, maintaining the quality standards of the inn. Requirements: High school diploma; Previous experience with systems and front desk or reservations service; Knowledge in various areas of hospitality; Desirable: degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related fields.
