Join our team at Panasonic! **Your Responsibilities:** * Diagnose issues in machinery and equipment and implement effective solutions; * Support the development and implementation of automation system improvements on production lines, ensuring higher productivity and safety; * Monitor equipment efficiency and performance, adjusting processes and proactively resolving quality issues, providing continuous support to the production line; * Analyze root cause reports and collaborate with other teams, ensuring information sharing and best practices. **Requirements:** * Experience in machine and equipment diagnostics and maintenance; * Knowledge of automation systems and process optimization; * Analytical mindset, ability to work in a team, and strong communication skills for information exchange across different teams; * Bachelor's degree in Maintenance Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. **Additional Information:** * Work Mode: 100% on-site * Working Hours: 2:41 PM to 12:12 AM — Monday to Friday Minimum Education Level: Technical Course * Chartered Transportation * Dental Plan * Life Insurance * Medical Plan * Product Discount * Pharmacy Plan * Total Pass * Profit Sharing * Meal Voucher
