All selection processes conducted by **JSL** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Verify product codes, batches, quantities, expiration dates, and quality for loading, picking, and unloading. * Manage the warehouse staff team regarding workplace safety, product quality, productivity, and compliance with internal standards. * Coordinate with palletizing, loading, and unloading teams to ensure adherence to scheduling. * Inspect vehicle and product conditions prior to loading or unloading. * Organize products onto pallets for shipment, following work instructions and client requirements. * Load products into vehicles according to work instructions (Stowed Loading). * Record loading, picking, and unloading data in the WMS system and standardized documents. * Complete manual and electronic checklists. * Monitor *Shelf Life* in areas such as Hold, Recovery, Export, among others. * Maintain the workplace organized per 5S standards. * Support warehouse staff and operators with guidance on product arrangement on pallets and in vehicles. * Conduct cyclic inventory counts and perform corrections in the WMS system together with the inventory team. * Comply with SSMA and Quality norms and procedures. * Operate equipment including: scissor lift platform, electric pallet jack, walkie-rider pallet truck with mast, short electric pallet truck, long electric pallet truck — *provided specific training has been completed for each piece of equipment.* * Complete pre-use equipment checklist before operation. * Clean equipment used in loading, unloading, and material handling when necessary. * Perform cleaning and maintain workplace organization, including removal of cobwebs. * Dispose of waste correctly according to the selective collection program. * Replace batteries in material handling equipment. * Collect ignition keys from loading/unloading vehicles during any operation. * Identify and remove damaged products during handling. * Report unsafe acts and conditions to leadership. * Complete temperature logs for controlled environments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * High school diploma preferred; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and job-related routines; * Prior experience in cargo loading/unloading verification preferred; * Must have easy access to the Extrema/MG region. **Additional Information** We offer the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond: * **Benefits Club:** Exclusive platform offering discounts across multiple categories—gastronomy, entertainment, services, education, leisure, and sports. * **Connected to You:** A dedicated channel providing specialized support for you and your family—including psychological, social, financial, legal assistance, and more—available 24/7 with full confidentiality. * Extended **Maternity Leave** and **Paternity Leave**, plus a **Newborn Kit** for new mothers and fathers. * We understand how important children’s and adolescents’ education is.
