Description: We need candidates with proven experience in the printing field. The official assistant will directly support machine operations alongside the printer and perform analysis of artwork to be printed whenever necessary or in the printer’s absence. Prior hands-on experience in this role is essential, as this position works side-by-side with the printer and requires mastery of departmental routines. Responsibilities and Duties: Apply clichés (plates) under the printer’s supervision. Analyze artwork to be printed in the printer’s absence or upon request. Monitor the printing process, always subject to the printer’s validation (ink viscosity, press temperature, analysis and documentation of printed material). Perform press set-ups. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Requirements and Qualifications: Completed High School education. Knowledge of wide-web or narrow-web flexographic printing. Proven experience in printing. Additional Information: * Salary: Competitive with the position Work schedule: 2-days-on / 2-days-off shift pattern (12-hour shifts), Shift 1. Shift 1: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, including a 1-hour meal break. Shift 2: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, including a 1-hour meal break. Shuttle service (Jarinu city), with a monthly deduction of R$ 0.06.
