Your main challenge in this role will be to perform maintenance on components, equipment, and industrial machinery to ensure the proper functioning of industrial equipment used on production lines. If this opportunity resonates with you and you are passionate about your work, come discover the challenge Bauducco is offering you! **Responsibilities and Duties:** \- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of low-to-high complexity on equipment, following established guidelines and procedures; \- Identify mechanical issues related to component fatigue and/or wear during equipment inspection and request shutdown for intervention. \- Prepare sketches and parts, and propose improvements and updates to mechanical technology on equipment. \- Machine and weld parts using tools available in the maintenance workshop. \- Conduct periodic inspections and visits to production lines according to planning, to prevent machine/production stoppages; \- Receive and execute service orders, as requested by operators and based on planning/management analysis, resolving issues on production lines; \- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the maintenance area—including parts, components, and tools—as well as safety demarcation in serviced areas, per safety procedures; \- Interpret measurements indicated by measuring instruments, manuals, and technical drawings; \- Document performed services, requisition materials and components, record incidents, and transfer information during shift handovers to ensure continuity of departmental activities. **Requirements and Qualifications:** \- Completed Technical High School in Mechanical Engineering \- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency \- Solid knowledge of machining and welding \- NR35 Certification (Regulatory Standard 35 – Working at Heights) **Additional Information:** In addition to salary, you will receive the following benefits: Transportation allowance or parking; On-site meals; Meal allowance or food basket; Medical and dental assistance; Private pension plan; Life insurance; Pharmacy network; Discounts on Bauducco products; Wellhub; Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$4\.500,00 \- R$4\.900,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food basket * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
