Job Mission Ensure accuracy in inventory management and control, safeguarding data integrity and precision in compliance with quality standards and operational effectiveness across receiving, warehousing, and shipping activities—contributing to operational excellence within the supply chain. Key Responsibilities * Support analysis for Finished Goods, Packaging, and Pallets management by developing monitoring KPIs to identify accuracy deviations, quality issues, shelf life concerns, or any process anomalies. * Analyze inventory discrepancies between SAP and WMS—including warehouse 9999—covering stock movements, order rejections, unprocessed stock reductions, fractional quantities, and unit-of-measure mismatches (e.g., box vs. unit). * Snapshot Management: Weekly submission of SAP inventory position reports to OPL; discrepancy analysis; participation in meetings to discuss findings and develop action plans; reporting of results. * Shelf Life Management: Monitor product expiration dates; identify items with advanced shelf life; coordinate with MPS-GMB team on disposition actions; execute disposal of critical items, including proper SAP stock write-offs, Doc Route approval workflows, operational scheduling with CD and suppliers, issuance of fiscal documents, and MTR generation. * Blocked Items Management: Track batch blocking requests from GMB Quality team; maintain updated spreadsheets; communicate with OPL; monitor status. * OPL Disposal Management: Consolidate disposal reports; classify NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) by root cause; perform analysis for appropriate stock write-offs; execute SAP adjustments; manage Doc Route; issue fiscal documents; maintain SharePoint controls. * Reprocessing / Packaging Consumption Management: Daily analysis of data sent by OPL to determine reprocessed product balances and packaging consumption; perform required SAP system adjustments. Monitor packaging inventory levels (GMB and Copacker); generate purchase orders; track replenishment; monitor and update stock balances in SAP and WMS. * Traceability and Recall: Conduct stock movement analysis (inbound and outbound) in SAP and WMS for lot traceability; report findings to Quality team; participate in recall and mock recall procedures. * Continuous Improvement: Perform daily operational walkthroughs to identify improvement opportunities and pending items; document outputs; present findings to OPL for action plan development. Design and maintain Excel tools (macros, VBA, Power Query) to optimize processes. * Reporting and KPI Analysis: Consolidate and present departmental performance indicators during periodic meetings. Requirements * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related Logistics fields * Prior experience in the field * Proven experience in inventory management within logistics operations * Proficiency in SAP, WMS, and ERP systems * In-depth knowledge of inventory reconciliation, Snapshot processes, and logistics operations (inbound, outbound, inventory management, transportation) * Experience with performance indicators (KPIs) and data analysis * Ability to develop and manage project budgets * Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint Benefits: .
