Manage customer schedules and handle delivery incidents ***The Seres Group, in partnership with ID LOGISTIC, is recruiting professionals for the position of LOGISTICS ANALYST.*** **Requirements:** COMPLETED HIGHER EDUCATION Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Relevant work experience **Responsibilities:** * Execute the reverse logistics process for products and pallets, control related processes and incident documentation, analyze KPIs, ensure process execution in SAP and TMS, and guarantee carriers meet agreed deadlines. * Execute the cargo offering and dispatch scheduling process, focusing on meeting deadlines; execute and analyze KPIs; ensure process execution in SAP and TMS; and support the transport planning process managed by the control tower. * Manage customer scheduling, handle delivery-related incidents, monitor delivery deadlines and status, execute and analyze KPIs, ensure process execution in SAP, TMS and the ticketing system, and jointly manage requests with the client’s customer service team. * Perform duties in accordance with the SGI Policy, objectives, goals, and other SGI-defined requirements. Carry out tasks according to operational procedures and controls. Report SGI non-conformities and understand the implications of non-compliance with SGI requirements. * Understand significant environmental aspects and impacts, as well as unacceptable hazards and risks within your area.
