Job Summary: The professional will join the quality team to ensure compliance with GMPs, legislation and regulatory standards, and drive continuous process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Then join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** As part of the quality team, you will: * Implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and regulatory standards (ANVISA and MAPA). * Manage quality deviations, including root cause investigation. * Develop, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA). * Execute and monitor Change Control processes. * Develop, review, and control Quality Management System documents. * Manage risks related to processes, products, and quality. * Develop and deliver quality- and GMP-related training materials. * Support internal and external audits. * Monitor quality indicators and propose process improvements. * Drive continuous improvement of processes and the Quality Management System. **Requirements and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you must have: * Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Quality Management. * Experience in the Quality field. * Experience in regulated environments (ANVISA and MAPA). * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Experience managing quality deviations, conducting root cause investigations, and handling CAPA. * Experience with Change Control and document management. * Knowledge of document management systems (DOCNIX and MAXDOC). * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. * Power BI knowledge for report and indicator development. * Strong communication skills and ability to conduct training sessions. * Knowledge of quality tools and risk management methodologies. **Additional Information** * Fixed salary; * Variable compensation; * Medical and dental insurance; * On-site cafeteria; * Meal allowance; * Life insurance; * Total Pass; * Pharmacy partnership; * MCassab University (subject to internal policy); * Transportation allowance and/or shared shuttle service covering the following cities: Jarinu, Atibaia, Bragança Paulista, Itatiba, Jundiaí, Várzea Paulista, Campo Limpo Paulista, Nazaré Paulista, Bom Jesus dos Perdões, and Campinas; * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
