RESPONSIBILITIES: Start up, monitor, and shut down extrusion equipment following standard operating procedures. Monitor and adjust extruder temperature parameters according to product and process specifications. Regulate extruder revolutions per minute (RPM) to optimize the extrusion process and material quality. Carry out startup procedures for the extrusion line, ensuring all components operate correctly. Load extruders with required raw materials, ensuring continuous production flow. Replace extruder filter screens to maintain extruded material quality and prevent clogging. Transport extruded material to the granulation stage, ensuring continuity of the production process. Maintain a clean and organized workplace, complying with company safety and hygiene regulations.
