Client operations are structured with local team members and leadership, including technicians on rotating shifts (day/night) and administrative support. The role requires strict adherence to the client’s procedures and culture to ensure quality and safety in delivering the coding solution. **Your****Day\-to\-Day****Responsibilities****Will****Include** * Performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on printing and coding equipment installed at the client site. * Conducting rounds and inspections to identify improvements, adaptation needs, and failure prevention opportunities. * Managing and utilizing backup infrastructure (equipment and spare parts) to ensure operational continuity. * Responding to service requests and supporting the administrative-shift team as needed, following tasks assigned by local leadership. * Maintaining technical records, intervention histories, spare parts usage, and incident logs in the service management system (Delogic). * Supporting customer team training/orientation and complying with agreed internal procedures to ensure quality and safety. * Communicating clearly, objectively, and transparently with the client, especially under pressure or during process changes. * Reporting critical issues to the Technical Leader and/or manager when necessary, enabling timely decision-making. **Essential****Requirements****for****the****Role** * Technical qualification (minimum) in Electrical, Electronics, Electrotechnics, or related fields. * Full availability for on-site work and for working on a 12x36 shift schedule (day shift: 7 a.m.–7 p.m.), with flexibility for adjustments/exchanges as required. * Experience in industrial maintenance and troubleshooting in manufacturing environments. * Discipline in documentation and administrative routines (reports, system entries, and basic control of parts/tools). * Strong interpersonal and adaptability profile: adherence to rules/procedures, maturity to handle pressure and client culture, and collaborative teamwork. **Preferred****Qualifications****(****Desirable****)** * Prior knowledge of industrial coding and/or experience with Videojet or competing equipment * Experience in environments with large installed equipment bases and 24/7 operations (rotating shifts), focused on continuity and quality. **Why****This****Role****Is****Special****?** The Mondelez assignment is highly visible and strategic, supported by robust infrastructure (local lab, backups, and unified team).
