Responsibilities and Duties * Assist in preparing detailed budgets for industrial projects; * Update financial control spreadsheets and systems with forecasted and actual cost data; * Support economic feasibility analysis for projects and commercial proposals; * Monitor expenses and identify deviations from the approved budget; * Issue periodic cost monitoring reports, highlighting variances and proposing adjustments; * Support reconciliation of financial information from engineering departments; * Organize documents, contracts, and records related to industrial projects; * Assist in preparing managerial presentations and reports; * Maintain an updated supplier database and track purchase requests; * Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and the finance team to ensure information alignment; * Participate in follow-up meetings, recording minutes and action items. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields; * Prior experience in administrative roles supporting engineering or project areas; * Previous experience in cost and budget management; * Familiarity with ERPs and corporate procurement platforms; * Proficiency in Excel and BI tools.
