Description: * Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly production. * Issue, update, and track production orders. * Analyze demand, production capacity, inventory, and material requirements. * Monitor production progress, identifying delays, bottlenecks, and the need for rescheduling. * Maintain constant alignment with PCP, logistics, procurement, quality, and factory teams. * Update control systems and spreadsheets (ERP). * Monitor performance indicators (productivity, efficiency, on-time delivery). * Suggest improvements to planning and operational processes. * Support inventory counts and inventory controls when required Responsibilities and Duties: * Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly production, ensuring optimal resource utilization and on-time delivery. * Analyze orders, production capacity, and inventory levels to define priorities and adjust production orders as needed. * Issue and track production orders, ensuring departments receive accurate information. * Monitor production progress, checking for potential delays, bottlenecks, or deviations. * Maintain constant alignment with internal teams, including PCP, procurement, logistics, quality, and shop floor. * Assess material requirements and alert the procurement department in case of potential stockouts. * Update control spreadsheets and systems, such as ERP and tracking reports. * Reschedule activities in response to unforeseen events (machine breakdowns, material shortages, absenteeism, etc.). * Analyze production indicators, such as productivity, efficiency, and on-time delivery. * Contribute to continuous improvement of production and planning processes. Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering (completed or currently pursuing).
