Workcell is a company specialized in automation and technology solutions for industrial processes. It offers products and services aimed at increasing operational efficiency and productivity. **Responsibilities:** Lead the PCP team with focus on operational targets and high performance. Take ownership in implementing and transforming internal processes via SAP. Coordinate solutions among Production, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure delivery flow. Make direct decisions on production priorities and sequencing. Monitor MRP, production capacity, and PCP KPIs. Previous experience as Planning Supervisor, Production Manager, Production Coordinator, or Planning Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
