Description: About the vacancy: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant II to work in our e-commerce operation in Itapeva - MG, supporting various stages of the logistics flow. This is a generalist position, and the professional may be assigned, according to demand, to departments such as picking, packing, shipping, replenishment, sorting, or stock transfer. The role’s focus is to ensure accuracy, agility, and organization across all activities, following standardized processes and using systems such as WMS and data collectors. Main responsibilities: The professional may work in one or more of the following departments: Picking* Pick products according to orders in the WMS. * Operate data collectors to confirm locations and items. * Ensure accuracy and speed during picking. Packing* Verify picked items and pack them according to defined standards. * Label, seal, and prepare parcels for shipping. * Report discrepancies in the system. Shipping* Organize orders by route and carrier. * Scan and update status in the WMS. * Support loading and final parcel verification. Replenishment* Replenish picking locations based on product A/B/C curves. * Transfer items between locations using data collectors and WMS. * Perform location assignment and stock organization. Sorting / Transfer* Carry out internal product movements between areas and locations. * Ensure item integrity during transportation. * Update the system after each movement. General Activities* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace. * Follow quality, safety, and productivity standards. * Support additional tasks as required by the department. Mandatory requirements:* Completed High School education. * Prior experience in logistics operations. * Knowledge of WMS and use of data collectors (RF). * Availability to work across different departments as needed. * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work efficiently under time pressure. Desirable requirements (differentiators): * Experience in e-commerce operations. * Familiarity with productivity targets, SLAs, and digital processes. * Courses in logistics (e.g., logistics operator, warehousing). * Experience with wave picking, structured packing, or high-volume shipping. * Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (5S, KAIZEN).
