Interact and negotiate with internal and external customers **Job Description:** ---------------------- **This position is also inclusive for persons with disabilities (PCDs).** Responsible for controlling and supporting operations related to the inventory movement of specific customers, through conducting inventories, monitoring processes from receipt to delivery, preparing reports, and analyzing inventory at logical (systems), physical (warehouse), and accounting levels. Compliance with safety and quality standards and procedures. **Requirements** -------------- **What are the requirements?** * Completed high school education * Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite * Knowledge of logistics processes **Responsibilities** --------------------- **Among your main responsibilities, you will find:** 1\. Organize rotating inventories and local stock checks, including methodology definition, team organization, report preparation, and auditor support to ensure accuracy of results and adherence to agreed deadlines; 2\. Compare results obtained from physical counts and system records and analyze possible discrepancies; 3\. Support inventory movement operations by monitoring the inbound flow from invoice receipt to billing delivery; 4\. Ensure the reliability of the company’s customers’ inventory through inventory analysis, correcting potential errors, and guiding/developing more efficient picking processes with the operations manager; 5\. Generate reports on reliability and damage levels in inventory; 6\. Clarify doubts and prepare opinions for customers in cases of inventory discrepancies or damages, seeking solutions and minimizing root causes; 7\. Analyze cases of returns and merchandise damages and document supplier shortages; 8\. Perform system adjustments such as issuance/cancellation of invoices or corrections of multiples (weight/measurement) when improper entries occur, and prepare Goods Movement Reports; 9\. Maintain product picking addresses to ensure inventory control and facilitate product location and release upon receipt; 10\. Respond to internal customer requests by verifying product availability and implementing blocks for packaging changes and rework as requested by customers; 11\. Interact and negotiate with internal and external customers to propose solutions that enhance inventory integrity; 12\. Process returns, transfers, and entries. 13\.
