Join our Operations team. This position is responsible for executing processes including goods receipt, storage, order picking, dispatch, goods verification, order/volume consolidation, and loading/unloading. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Interpret work orders; visually inspect loading and unloading operations; verify contents, weights, and volumes of cargo; select appropriate material handling equipment based on cargo type; separate accessories from equipment; forecast materials required for storage; plan sequence of material handling operations. * Use equipment accessories according to cargo type; load equipment within its capacity limits; monitor equipment operating conditions during operation; control equipment speed and operation. * Interpret packaging symbols; store cargo according to product stacking rules; segregate non-conforming cargo. * Self-assess health condition prior to commencing work; use PPE to ensure safe working conditions, complying with safety regulations. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace; remove obstacles; demarcate areas designated for cargo handling. * Follow job instructions and procedures inherent to your role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Driver's License – Category B or higher, and an updated Forklift Operator Certification. **Additional Information** In addition to offering many challenges and an excellent work environment, we care about the well-being of our employees and their families; therefore, we offer: * Market-competitive salary * Medical Assistance – extended to dependents * Dental Assistance – extended to dependents * Meal Voucher or on-site cafeteria * Transportation Allowance * Food Allowance * Pharmacy Benefit Plan * Life Insurance * Employee Support Program including psychological, legal, and financial counseling **About Yusen Logistics** Yusen Logistics is working to become the world’s preferred logistics provider in the supply chain.
