Atibaia/SP Schedule: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM Assist in textile production process stages * Supplying and organizing the production line * Sorting, checking, and moving materials * Supporting machine operators * Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the department * Complying with safety and quality standards * Providing general support to production team requirements Must be over 18 years old * Completed elementary education * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule * Commitment, responsibility, and punctuality * Proactive profile * Willingness to learn Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$1.875,00 - R$2.186,00 per month Benefits: * Food basket * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
