




Position: Administrative Assistant Sector: Hospitality / Events – Atibaia/SP Employment Type: CLT or PJ We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to work at an event venue located in Atibaia/SP. We are looking for an organized, responsible professional with experience in administrative routines to provide support to the finance, tax, and HR departments. Responsibilities: - Monitor and verify HR department routines (time tracking, onboarding, offboarding, medical certificates, and file management); - Record and verify invoices; - Accounts payable and accounts receivable activities; - Organize documents, contracts, and files; - General administrative support for hotel-related tasks. Requirements: - Prior experience in administrative routines (experience in hospitality is a plus); - Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel and administrative systems; - Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail; - Personal vehicle (location inaccessible by public transportation); - Availability for on-site work in Atibaia/SP. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with HR department processes; - Basic understanding of cash flow or financial routines; - Experience in the hospitality or events sector. Working Hours and Benefits: - Standard business hours; - Salary between BRL 2,600.00 and BRL 3,000.00, depending on experience; - Fuel allowance; - On-site meal.
