These values are fundamental to creating an environment where everyone can thrive. **At Essity**, this is what we do! **About the role** We are seeking a professional capable of performing laboratory tests, possessing strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of Quality Tools application and use, 5S, and Power BI for proactive data analysis, action planning, and standard development—guiding us toward our “Zero Defects” objective. This is a permanent position based in Jarinú, inland São Paulo state. To learn more, visit www.essity.com This position reports to the Quality Coordinator and involves cross-functional collaboration. **What you will do** * Perform laboratory tests; * Develop standards associated with quality processes; * Train teams on standards and methods; * Qualify operational staff on the MSA system; * Implement and utilize Quality Pillar TPM tools; * Analyze and provide data (attributes, variables, blocks, and customer service data); * Develop action plans, standards, and monitoring mechanisms to “reduce or eliminate” quality losses; * Participate in the validation process for new products/equipment; * Issue technical product reports; * Maintain up-to-date KPI information; * Conduct audits; * Manage audit deviations under your name (CAPA plan in GMS); * Maintain 5S in the laboratory. **Who we’re looking for** ----------------- * Minimum three years’ experience as a Quality Analyst; * Knowledge of analytical methods (PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, FMEA, SPC, MSA); * Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and requirements; * Knowledge of Statistical Process Control; * Proficiency in digital tools—Excel and Power BI; * Experience conducting internal and external audits; * English and Spanish language proficiency (B1 Intermediate); **What we offer** This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a team of friendly, supportive specialists.
