At the top management level, we have a President and two directors; and among our staff, approximately 1,000 direct employees and 200 indirect employees, including leadership, sales, after-sales, parts, and administrative roles. **Grupo Destaque, now a reference in the automotive market, is seeking a SHOP SUPERVISOR to join its team.** **What do we expect from you?** We are looking for professionals committed to achieving their goals and dedicated to delivering excellent service, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering engagement between our brand and the manufacturer. **Responsibilities and duties** **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** ------------------------------ * Provide support to the workshop in diagnosing highly complex issues; * Assist in assigning tasks according to each technician's capabilities; * Monitor service results after completion; * Enhance your own and your team’s technical knowledge through manufacturer-provided training; * Know various repair techniques and identify additional required work; * Consult available technical documentation for information; * Ensure, upon completion of repairs, that all equipment and replaced parts are in proper condition; * Use GDS advanced functions effectively, interpreting various vehicle systems; * Provide technical assistance reports on analyses and tests performed; * Supervise interventions and verify service outcomes and compliance with customer requests; * Repair vehicles and guide operational staff facing difficulties, advising them on diagnosing various electrical interventions, and accessing the manufacturer’s technical platform; * Conduct test drives when necessary, possibly with the customer, to identify potential vehicle issues, and after maintenance confirm whether problems have been resolved; * Support supervision in maintaining good team relationships. **Requirements and qualifications** **What are we looking for?** ------------------- **Minimum Requirements:** ----------------------- * Education: Completed High School, and/or Technical Course in Automotive; * Professional Experience: 5 years in the role; * Knowledge: Expertise in vehicle mechanical and electro-electronic systems / Process Management / Use of diagnostic tools such as multimeters and automotive scanners; * Valid Class B Driver's License (CNH - B). **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Higher Education: Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. **Where you will work:** ---------------------------- * Your primary location will be the Alto Tiete region, in the cities of Mogi das Cruzes, Suzano, or Poá, possibly also in the Itaim Paulista region; * This is a 100% in-person opportunity; * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Additional Information** **Since we value people, check out our benefits when joining our team:** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ * We care about your health!
