




Job Summary: Technical support professional for customers, responsible for installation, maintenance, and calibration of analytical equipment, preparation of technical reports, and communication with manufacturers. Technical communication with international manufacturers **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers; * Perform installation, commissioning, and training on analytical equipment; * Carry out preventive, corrective maintenance, and calibration of precision instruments; * Prepare technical reports and failure analyses; * Manage quality control, spare parts, warranties, and consumables; * Maintain technical communication with international manufacturers; * Support administrative tasks, such as expense control, visit reports, registrations, and inventories; * Participate in the review and development of procedures, focusing on continuous improvement. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing technical education in Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related fields; * Knowledge of and familiarity with measurement tools and precision instruments; * Interest in working with laboratory equipment and technical devices; * Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, and Windows environment); * Technical English for reading and writing; * Willingness to travel within and outside the state of São Paulo.
