Responsibilities: * Act consultatively—deeply understanding the customer’s pain points and leading qualified meetings. * Conduct **presentations, follow-ups, proposal development, and deal closures**. * Participate in demonstrations alongside the technical team and/or vendors. * Maintain ongoing relationships with leads handed over by the SDR. * Conduct independent proactive prospecting when necessary. * Manage the sales funnel and use the CRM **Spot – Exact Sales**. * OFFICIAL STAFF REQUEST —… Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree **completed or in progress** (Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields). * **1–2 years’ experience** in consultative sales, prospecting, and closing. * Proficiency in objection-handling techniques, active listening, and meeting facilitation. * Experience using CRM systems and standard sales processes. * Highly results-oriented, organized, autonomous, and agile profile. * Professional demeanor aligned with company values: **faith, loyalty, integrity, responsibility, and timeliness**. **Hybrid work in Atibaia/SP** – Remote start; recurring in-person presence beginning upon office opening (expected by March).
