If you are dynamic, driven, and eager to contribute to our company's growth, join RTT! **We have an opportunity for Apprentice – Procurement** Support the procurement process, manage suppliers, prepare reports, negotiate contracts, control purchase orders and budgets, ensuring compliance with internal policies and operational efficiency in procurement. ### **RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:** **Responsibilities:** * Receive and handle procurement requests related to active contracts, including PPEs, training, SESMT, freight, equipment without labor, road transport tickets, and technical reports, with a focus on occupational safety. * Conduct quotations, purchasing analyses, and supplier negotiations in accordance with company guidelines and policies. * Prepare and submit approval reports for procurement homologation, including budget savings, negotiation details, and history; forward purchase orders to suppliers and register them in the system. * Monitor demand and deliveries to ensure deadlines are met, in collaboration with operations. * Manage the procurement dashboard, inputting data to generate KPIs and track performance. * Identify new suppliers, conduct purchasing analyses and negotiations, prepare reports, apply critical thinking to meet identified needs, and manage time effectively. * Perform assigned duties with awareness of and commitment to continuous process improvement, as well as full adherence to all procedures related to Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment; Requirements: Academic background: Completed high school.
