This role leads the staff team, supervises customer service, controls inventory and sales, and ensures the organization and cleanliness of the premises. The professional must possess leadership, communication, and people management skills. * Coordinate the staff team, assigning tasks and guiding them on store procedures. * Supervise customer service, ensuring high-quality service and seeking customer satisfaction. * Control product inventory, conducting periodic stocktakes and ensuring appropriate restocking. * Analyze sales metrics and develop strategies to increase store revenue. * Ensure organization and cleanliness of the premises, adhering to company-established standards. * Conduct recruitment and selection of new staff, as well as provide training for the team. * Maintain contact with suppliers, negotiating payment terms and delivery schedules. * Prepare managerial reports, presenting results and proposing improvements for store performance. * Ensure compliance with workplace safety and hygiene regulations, promoting the well\-being of staff and customers. * Develop marketing initiatives and promotions to attract customers and enhance store visibility.
