We seek a professional with keen attention to detail, experience in team management, and passion for delivering an impeccable guest experience. **Job Objective** Ensure high quality standards, organization, and service excellence in housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, laundry, and linen control, guaranteeing consistently immaculate and welcoming environments. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop work schedules and inspection checklists * Conduct daily inspections of suites, cabins, and common areas * Lead and supervise housekeeping, cleaning, and laundry staff * Train and guide staff on room cleaning techniques, professional conduct, and hospitality standards * Manage linen inventory and coordinate laundry processes * Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations * Promptly address special guest requests, including VIP guests **Requirements** * Technical degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields * Prior experience in housekeeping management at hotels or resorts * Knowledge of housekeeping management, hygiene, and safety standards * Detail-oriented, disciplined, organized, ethical, and committed to professional confidentiality * Willingness to reside in Monte Verde – MG **Salary:** To be negotiated **Work Schedule:** 6 days on, 1 day off * 1 weekly day off * 1 Sunday off per month If you possess leadership qualities, attention to detail, and passion for hospitality, this could be your next opportunity.
